Meet Miki Ash, founder of the virtual wellness app, The How, which shares on-demand wellness in the form of yoga, meditations, and workouts. The conscious creator is  consistently inspires us to get our daily movement in. She's a must-follow for yoga practices, motivational reminders, and that daily reset that's so needed in our feed. We chatted with Miki on the power of movement, accepting herself exactly as she is, and taking care of her hormonal health.

    Consciously creating tools that help people reclaim their personal power.

    The re-launch of my app at the end of June.

    Allow yourself to feel it, but don’t let it consume you. Move your body and shake it out!

    Community, being creative, giving and receiving love.

    I drink enough water and make time to exercise regularly.

    Eating real food, drinking more than enough water, getting outside, taking care of hormonal health, letting go and staying present.

  6. When do you take your vitamins?

    Morning and night!

  7. Are you a morning or night person?

    Morning all the way.

  8. What time do you go to bed + wake up each night?

    I go to bed around 10 pm and wake up before 7 am with no alarm.

  9. Any tips for a good night’s sleep?

    Put your phone away.

  10. Coffee or tea?

    Coffee.

  1. When do you feel most beautiful?

    After I meditate.

  2. What does beauty mean to you?

    I used to feel like I needed to change the way I looked to be beautiful (fillers, Botox, fake hair and lashes) and now beauty means accepting myself exactly as I am.
